Stretched canvas is also an option.

There are five frame sizes, two depths, three colors, and two thicknesses to choose from.

The quality is poor, and it is not made of hardwood

My painting was framed by a gallery, and they informed me that it was not hardwood and showed me. There were also visible fingerprints set in paint on the back of a frame. A chip was also visible on the frame's front.
