This is an excellent set for beginners

This is an excellent starter kit. I chose this kit over others because it included a curling coach, which I never used. The slotted tools were excellent for beginner practice, but (1) I didn't need more than one, and (2) I became frustrated with the crimp over time, so I purchased an ultra fine slotted tool. The UFST, on the other hand, was much more difficult to use, especially when working with 1/8" thick paper. The tweezers that came with the kit were a nice touch, and they're the only thing I still use from it. Still, I'm not sorry I bought it because I needed the practice with a thicker slotted tool first.

Everything you'll need as a beginner

As a beginner, the 13-piece kit contains everything I require. I didn't want to spend a lot of money if I didn't like it, so this was an excellent choice. I've made a few things and have never had a problem with the quality.
