Questions & Answers
Each stencil is completely self-contained. Reusable and adhesive. They stick to most surfaces and wipe clean without leaving any residue. I usually take each one off as soon as possible after use to rinse (I'm usually using etching cream or paint). If the paint dries, it may obscure the letter's shape, for example.) Each stencil is sticky all over again after I rinse and dry it. I'm not sure, but each stencil is probably about a square inch in size. I hope this information is useful.
They can be used on any dry, clean surface. However, the designs and sizes are quite small.
Yes, but be cautious when removing stencils because they can be easily damaged.
They're not particularly big. It's fine for wine bottle projects, but it's far too small to make a sign or anything else.

It'll be fine. It would have been helpful to have a few pointers or instructions included in the package for someone who is new to these types of projects. I didn't stick the stencil close enough, and paint got under the edges, so I had to re-do it. Because there was paint on the stencil after I removed it, I rinsed it off before it dried and made the mistake of laying it stick side down on a surface that transferred lint without my knowledge, resulting in that one being ruined. br>However, I discovered that I could use them as an outline; if you aren't "artistic" enough to copy the image by eye, you can draw within the lines with a thin marker or pencil and then paint it with anything other than a spray. That was a great idea. br>Aside from that, the designs were nice, and they were easy to put on and take off. If you know what you're doing or have someone to ask for advice, and you like the designs offered, it's fine, and the price is low enough that it's well worth it, even if just for the learning experience or practice, I'd recommend these. Simply request that they include some project suggestions or ideas, just like other businesses do.
These were extremely successful. I didn't put them on the wall; instead, I used them to etch drinking glasses with an acid compound. They weren't designed for this, but they did a fantastic job. They stayed put on the glass, and the acid compound didn't ruin the stencil. On four glasses, I used the same stencil four times - putting acid on and then rinsing it off - then stenciling a new glass with the previously used stencil. Glass 4 had a perfect etching, just like glass 1. Because they worked so well on a glass surface with an acid compound that was then washed away with water, I'm confident they'd work well on a wall with latix paint.
This was a great sticky stencil to paint with that didn't bleed through. br>I'm excited to try out the other items included in the package. For the price, it's a great deal.
These stencils were ideal for a project that required painting a large piece of PVC. Standard stencils didn't work because of the curves. The adhesive on these is strong enough to create a good seal, so there is no bleeding under the stencil, but it still peels away easily from the surface. The stencils are thicker than others on the market because they are not as thin. They peel cleanly and are easy to clean. I used them several times over the course of a week, and the adhesive is still perfect; I highly recommend them, particularly if you're not painting a flat surface.
I rinsed the paint off, which had no effect on the adhesion. Because of the design, they are delicate, so take care not to bend any of the tiny plastic pieces by accident. I'm glad I got some. However, I wish they'd made them longer.
I adore these reusable stencils because they are so simple to use. They make it simple to avoid paint bleeding beneath the stencil, resulting in a clean finish.
The item arrived quickly and looked exactly like it did on the website. For a glow party, I ordered this to use as a stencil to paint my daughter's face. Even on her, the sticky back worked extremely well, and it appears to be just as good after washing and removing the paint. The pictures turned out great, and I'm pleased with the outcome; if you're looking for butterflies and flowers, I don't see why this wouldn't work. Simply double-check the image to ensure it's the one you're looking for.
Stickiness has not been an issue for me so far. I've used many of the stencils several times and they still stick as well as the first time. br>br>I do have issues with paint going over the edges, regardless of whether I peel them off while the paint is still wet or after it has dried. Some of the pieces have small details that are difficult to remove, resulting in paint all over the place. br>br>When I do get a good result, I always get a lot of compliments on the font. It's lighthearted and playful without being overly childish. These are ideal for painting glassware and are the perfect size.
