grade. This is a very thin piece. This is not something I would use for a regular upholstery project. On the left, you can see how real upholstery cardboard tack strips appear in my photos. This product is the thin item on the right; I'd have to glue three layers together to get the professional structure needed for a crisp line, and I honestly can't think of a project where this cheap cardboard would be useful. Is there any Barbie furniture? Upholstery is a time-consuming and difficult task, and I believe that using garbage would jeopardize all of my hard work.
I attempted to refinish my old chair on my own. I decided to try using this roll of cardboard stripping after my first attempt turned out sloppy. I must say, the final product was far superior. It turned out to be extremely tidy. It was also very simple to use. It also didn't come at a cost. For my next project, I'll purchase it again.
High-end workmanship! This was my first time working in an upholstery shop! It's the first time!.
This, I assumed, would keep the upholstery in place. Because I'm new to this, it's possible that I'm not utilizing this to its full potential. I was given nothing but a roll of toilet paper. Please come to my aid. Is it necessary to have something that is supposed to stick? br>Anyone who can assist me, please do so.
It's fantastic! In our three-season room, we used this to hang plastic on the windows. It was a fantastic product that arrived exactly when it was said it would.
I do my own upholstering and didn't want to waste money on a large quantity of tack strip. This is a good combination. Thinner and more adaptable than commercial, but I can double it if necessary.
I'm an artist, so I use the tack strip to secure my art paper to the gator board, and I staple it all the way around like a frame. When the painting is finished, I simply lift the corners and remove the tack strip as well as all of the staples. It's an excellent way to keep your paper taut while you work, and it's also simple to remove when you're finished.
I would have preferred a thicker material, but it worked well for reupholstering some old chairs. I was relieved to have it in my possession.
