Yes! I bought the backs for both sizes of eyes in early June and have them ready to go. I didn't count to make sure each eye had a back, but there are two sizes.

but. I began making amigurumi with Aran/worsted weight acrylic yarn a few months ago, and I have since progressed to exclusively using yarn under stitches (which are tighter than yarn over stitches). cotton yarn in dk weight, which is much thinner and less stretchy. To be honest, it's pretty difficult to get any of these eyes in, as their posts are quite thick in comparison to others I've seen. For instance, the items in this photo's box were all created by me. I literally couldn't use these eyes for the bee rattle/teether; I ended up having to use some with a blue Iris, which I didn't want to use because the baby they're for doesn't have blue eyes, but none of the ones in this kit would fit through the stitches no matter how hard I pushed and stretched. The eye's post was thicker than my hook, which was kind of funny. It took at least 20 minutes for each eye to pry the bear and the football out of the stitches. My only complaint is that the post is too thick for smaller more traditional Amigurumi, but if you're doing Amigurumi with yarn over, a thicker yarn, or acrylic yarn, it should be fine; I used these in a lot of projects before switching to cotton dk/yarn under and they were fine.
I've never had an issue using similar eyes on my crocheted dolls. I chose this brand because it has a wider range of colors, but the quality is poor. The backs are ill-fitting and may come loose. If you're making something for a child, this isn't a good idea. I'm not sure what I'll do with them, but I can't risk a child dying from choking.
They'll do the job, and I'll use them, but the quality isn't particularly high. You'll have to pill or shape off the plastic that's still attached from the mold in which they were made. When I compare them to other sets I've purchased on this site, I can tell they were made of very cheap materials.
Because the backings slide right off the eyes/noses, the majority of them are useless. The larger eyes are the only ones that can be used with the smaller backings, but only solid black eyes are available in the larger size; no colored eyes or noses are available.
I'd like to order some more, but I'm not sure I'll do so.
I haven't tried them yet, but I think they'll be useful. Because no eyes or noses are sized, I did not give this product a five-star rating. They're all nicely separated, and the case should keep everything together. Labeling by size, as previously stated, would be a huge plus.
This set has a lot of variety, which I like. They have a nice, secure feel to them, which is important because I give and sell to babies. Because of poor placement, I've had to take a few days off, and it's a full-time job.
I make amigurumi with my eyes, and they usually turn out well. My dog got his hands on one of the toys and managed to pop one off, but there were no other issues.
