There is a very pleasant smell but it does not resemble Sandalwood, as I have had constant contact with it for a large part of my life. India is my country of origin.
The sandalwood oil in this bottle is one of my favorites. I've had a few bottles over the years. There's no better smell than this! The $50 does not belong to you. It is the same price as a bottle of Indian Mysore or Australian Sandalwood, but I personally There's a soft, powdery feeling to it. This is an extremely feminine style.
There is NO scent of sandalwood in this. There is an ancient scent on it that reminds me of my grandmother's This is bad. Even my expectation was that it would improve once the candles were lit. Not at all. No offense meant, but I am not keen on it.
There is a strong soapy smell coming from this. This note has a high floral content and is very chemical in smell The scent is not like that of sandalwood, which is a low toned woodsy smell. My perception of sandalwood "scents" that were not essential oils was that they smelled more like it than this does. I had expected a tastier smell, but it's so far from what I got that I was Exactly how I plan to use it is unknown to me. It sounds like it would smell powdery and floral in candles as well. The whole thing left me.
Despite its unpleasant smell, I love it. Using this soap reminds me of the bar soap I used to use when I was a In spite of this, I cannot smell sandalwood at all. There is a hint of sandalwood in it, along with something else. I'm not quite sure what that smells like, but it does smell extremely good.
While it smells good, I have to place a lot more than the normal 4 drops in my diffuser to get the same effect. This is probably why the bottle has such a large size. Surely, you can drink from that bottle for years to come.
Unlike some other sandalwood scented products I have, I don't smell sandalwood at all. I only smell powder, but it's a much better smelling product than some other sandalwood scented products I've tried. It's normal for me to be a 20-something In the past I've been a 30 dropper kinda girl for sandalwood, since it's such a light scent, but with this stuff, one drop covers every inch of my floor when I diffuse it.
This is a refreshing change.
