ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The lids do not close properly, as other reviewers have pointed out. will not remain closed. These are truly garbage quality on every level. I strongly advise you to shop around! br>br>These are truly as bad as the other reviewers have described! They're a little frail in places- The cells/cubes are the most important spots in that. The plastic is similar to that used in the lining of candy and chocolate boxes. There's no way hot wax won't melt right through the cube cells' thin spots. In addition, the cells are all different sizes. bumpy. There were also a few that had cracked edges or lids. Although I received 100, I estimate that only about a quarter of them will be usable due to the defective ones. I strongly advise you to avoid purchasing these. If you're selling wax melts, this is especially important. I'm not going to use these because the cells are so uneven.
I've filled 42 of the 100 forms so far, and that's how I discovered the flaw; I would have contacted the seller if I'd been given the option in my order review, but I wasn't. Some of the containers do not close properly, while others do not close at all. Because 11 of the 42 clamshells are defective, I had to remove my Melts and place them in a clamshell that was not defective. I poured them all at the same temperature of 140 degrees Fahrenheit and did not overfill them. This is a major setback for me because I own a small business with an 84-piece order to fulfill. I had already placed a second order for 100 more items before I discovered the flaw, but since I can't contact the seller, I'm canceling it. But there are a couple that I don't understand. I spent $55 on 11 defective clamshells, and every penny counts in these times. I suppose I could just tape them together, but my customers have come to expect a certain level of quality from me, and I intend to deliver.
The gap between the two halves will not be closed. About 50% of these weren't usable at all. They refused to close at all. I had to tinker with them with tape, glue, and other materials, which resulted in a sloppy product. The other half that did close properly were excellent, but I can't give them a high rating because only half of them were usable.
The majority of these will not even close, as many others have stated (my fault for not reading reviews first, as I usually do). I'm extremely dissatisfied with this outcome. They're also a little flimsy and thin. This was a complete waste of time.
Like other reviewers (wish these reviews had been available when I bought! ), I wish these reviews had been available when I bought. ), and my batch isn't going to stay closed, either. The clam shells are of poor quality. When I first received them, I thought they were a little thin, but I figured they'd be fine. Ignore it once the wax has penetrated them. Make sure you don't throw your money away.
This item is not something I would recommend. The corners and edges are razor-sharp. After a sharp edge punctured my finger, I spent an hour trimming the edges. I plan to purchase more expensive ones in the future. These are thin, with splits on the majority of the sides. The quality is extremely poor. Make a financial plan.
I found nearly a dozen that would not close: (The lid is a little bigger than the container's base. ) I'm guessing I'll need to find some small tape tabs or something to hold the sides in place. It was a letdown.
There are sharp pointy parts on the fold. When I first took one out to inspect it, I cut myself. I had to trim the edges by myself in the end. They are not something I would order again.
