I suppose it depends on how heavy and wide they are. I stuff it with embroidery thread, but they're so short that I had to spray paint them. I now have four of them, and I prefer metal to plastic. What are the dimensions of the rolls' length and width? I'll be able to see how big mine is by measuring it.
It's a little bigger than a wire hanger, but it's very strong!

This is a great thread holder with a lot of strength. The metal thickness is suitable for thread spools' weight. It's ideal for the thread cones I use on my serger/cover stitch machine.
It's a lot more modern and clean than the traditional wooden ones. They were inexpensive and included all of the necessary hardware, which I appreciated.
These are fantastic! I intend to purchase a few more so that all of my threads are neat and uniform. They are sturdy and a fantastic product, especially considering the price! It looks stunning with 1000 embroidery thread! The king-size thread also fit, but it had to be spread out like the other pegs.
The racks are small, so you can't put large rolls of thread on them because they'll bump into each other. You get two racks in a box, and there's no assembly required. They have a flimsy feel to them. Simply consider the fact that they are reasonably priced and would be ideal for small rolls of thread; however, when using 1 pound rolls, a large thread will not fit properly.
I started with two and then went on to buy four more. They're extremely durable and work well with all of my Floriani and Isacord threads. My husband used different sheetrock fasteners to attach them to the wall instead of the ones that came with the product, and we are very pleased with them.
Not for use with large spools. Because we have an industrial embroidery machine, we only use those large, wide spools of thread, which unfortunately do not fit on this rack. Every other speaker must be skipped. We can not fit all of our spools and are only using 50% of the rack because we can not use all of the spokes. In any case. . . Does a fantastic job.
These thread racks are more appealing to me than the wooden ones I previously purchased.
It's appropriate for my needs. A screwdriver is included in the hardware, but since we are renting, I used adhesive wire hooks instead. Dings chipped the paint off of both spool holders. On each spike, there's enough room for a spool and one matching bobbin for cross-stitching. Spools that have been wound. Although it is overpriced, it serves a useful purpose.
