There is a difference between water-based inks and distress inks This is solvable. You will see the ink run when you spritz something with water after inking it. The purpose is to get interesting effects, and you can do this in many ways. Archival inks don't bleed when you wash them Distress inks are water-based and do not run at all like inks based on wax. You can find more information on the Ranger Ink website.
To make all my cards and to use ink, I use card stock. If your paper was too thin to absorb properly, it may have been difficult for it to do so. The lines are the reason you are seeing them.
The water system is a hydroponic system Most surfaces are not permanently inked with this oil-based ink. In the scrapbooking/paper industry, it is used as a scrapbooking tool. This is the first time I've heard of it being used this way. You might have misheard, and the glass needs to be distressed rather than the frame.

For comparison purposes, I bought this paper in order to test my own formula for distressing. It is true that Tim Holtz's products are of good quality, but I think their price is way out of line with what they deliver. It will last until it runs out, but then I'll go back to Kiwi Liquid Brown Shoe Polish, which dries permanently. It is a watercolor that can be reactivated using water, in contrast with this one.
My favorite brown color is in this line, because of the earthy tones. I use them for various antiquing projects. It seems they tend to dry much faster than other brands of ink pads, which is the only complaint I have. Keeping them tightly capped, upside-down in individual clear plastic bags is how I store them Top bags stacked in an airtight bag Canister with a tight seal. I still poop out my ink pads faster than all of my other ink pads combined. Although I cannot find anything of this quality with a range of such rich colors as this line, I will continue to rely on them and regularly purchase more when necessary. It is easy to give them five stars, but they would last a bit longer if only they would last! I give this product four stars.
Purchasing the Distress Ink Pad for the first time, I am very pleased with its quality. It looks fantastic with the distressed feature of this color (really retro photo). The overall "Vintage" effect is really achieved in this way. Trying a different color will be exciting for me to see if I am as happy with the results as I am with this one. My favorite Tim Holtz designs from Ranger are usually the ones by Tim Holtz. The quality of stamp supplies from this brand is excellent and they live up to their reputation in that regard. In order to obtain their product's results, it will be worth the higher price.
I've ordered two of the products so far and I love them both. The first one I bought lasted three years and we used it quite a bit. There is a great deal of variation in prices here on Amazon, so it's worth watching them. The price I paid was much less than what I saw.
I received my package yesterday, which was fully sealed in plastic. While there is some ink, the overall condition is fairly Could it be that the ink pad has become There is lifting on both sides, and the ink has dried in those areas. I love the color of the photograph (vintage style), but the quality of the product is disappointing.
For this reason, I only gave the presentation three stars. The paper did not fall onto my project, but I had to re-write it Attach it to the base with a glue stick. I don't think this is a good thing.
Ink pads like this one are really handy. The rubber stamp came with the stamp set "Inkadinkado Mounted Rubber Stamp - Monochrome" This is the second Crescent Moon. The size I bought was 5"X2" and the color was "Vintage Photo" What an amazing color, almost like a matte bronze A brown color. The first time I used my stamp on the ink pad, it didn't seem like there was any ink, but there was more than I could see. Make sure you practice stamping first so that you can feel the fine detail of the The only reason why I gave it four stars is because I would prefer it to be a little.
I like this color best to distress paper in order to make it However, it does not match the heat resistance of the Distess Oxide from Tim Holtz. They are not the same color as I expected them to be when I bought them. I still love the color, but this one is darker than the oxide.
