Tailor Batting Quilt As You Go Cotton/Polyester 40" tree skirt, Made in June.

A batting consisting of 80% cotton and 20% polyester, pre-printed.

The piece-by-number construction allows you to automatically quilt your quilt as you sew it.

It also includes a template for measuring batting and cutting fabric so that it is perfectly sized.

In diameter, the finished product is about 40 inches.

Using this method, you can sew a tree skirt easily! The pattern from Shabby Fabrics served as the basis for this Christmas tree skirt

It was a little challenging since I did not have the recommended fabrics, but I think the skirt turned out quite nicely. It is straight forward and the directions are clear, but I would buy 3/4 yard of fabric if I were making the binding, so there wouldn't be as many seams to sew over.

I'm very pleased with it. My template was slippery and I added grippers to make it more secure. It is recommended that you use the template only for marking. When I was done with this project, I came up with something really beautiful.

Your sewn item can take anywhere between 3 to 5 hours, depending on your sewing ability and detail work.
