Great product, but don't make the same mistake I did with my money. This product is available for $7 per can at Walmart.
Several coats of paint were applied to the entire surface, front and back, and the photos were hung on a fence outside. So far, the photos have held up admirably! The colors are vibrant, and the water is easily wiped away. This is a product that I would strongly recommend. Acrylic paint on canvas is what I use in my paintings.
After that, I lightly sand again, apply Mod Podge, and wait for it to dry before applying vinyl. You now know how I get vinyl to stick to painted wood. Because my signs are painted with chalk paint, I use the matte spray.
I attempted to make a craft project out of a stainless steel water bottle, but it did not turn out as I had hoped. One of my coworkers used it for her craft projects, so I gave it to her. It appeals to her.
Seals have a good chance of sticking around.
This works in the same way that regular Mod Podge does, but it gives you a smooth, streak-free finish. Finish with no restrictions. STINKS!.
When this one isn't available, I switch to another brand, but I always come back to Mod Podge.
When used as a fixative for art, it basically peels off and adheres to surfaces.
