I use these for my 2-year-old son and he loves them more than crayons. They can be easily washed off with baby wipes.
My daughter loves making things so I purchased this for her. My daughter has been making rainbows with unicorns leaving trails of diamonds since she was 6 years old. I figured this could give her a chance to learn how to use artist tools and which styles of art she can learn. Despite being very bright and pretty, it's quite dark. I am sure you will not be disappointed by the colors.
In my quest to become an artist, I keep experimenting with new For the price, I thought I might as well try Crayola's oil pastels, even though I'm not particularly fond of them. It is unclear how these pastels compare to student or artist grade oil pastels, but the colors of these pastels are well worth the price.
Of the papers I have tried them on, the colors and coverage have been best on newsprint. My daughter loves these so much, I just ordered the 28 piece size. It is easy to hold and color with for 3 and 4 year olds since the stubby shape makes it easy to hold. This past Christmas, I gave them to my Sunday school students as gifts and they loved.
The quality of the translation is poor. A few years ago, I bought these as a gift for my niece. When purchased on Amazon in 2019, two of the items arrived broken, and three of the four more broke within a week of use. The books didn't fall or break because she wasn't pressing too.
It was broken when it was delivered to me.
These tools are good for keeping little fingers occupied for hours on end.
The colors are really vibrant and rich. It is preferred over regular crayons by my toddler.
