The amazing thin up strokes play an essential role in my main lettering approach, since I use flourishes most of the time. Don't get me wrong, the only thing that will make your lettering great is practice, but good pens make the process easier and more enjoyable when compared to a poor pen. What a great product these markers are! I am absolutely stunned by their quality! It is actually a lot easier to use Tombows than pen and paper for beginners, because you can achieve nice fat down strokes and razor thin upstrokes with little effort. This is really cool!
