There are two tones of gray in this set a mid-gray and a grayish green. The color is toned, and that seems kind of odd. The lame thing. A very disappointing outcome. Then, if it was listed as a urban-style pastel, it would be It's all good to me if I can get the nature tone set. In addition, if the conflicting color series were split and sold separately, this would be a great option. The set is redundant, although I understand that pastel themes can't be used for the half of the set that is unusable. And even if this is a semantic argument and that the darker tones are indeed pastels, the colors aren't very appealing in terms of the cute/calming aesthetic pastels typically possess. It cannot be used to shade the actual pastel colors since the tone-colors aren't as cute and useful. In one of my art projects, I added shadows to a bright mint green color using green gray I can't remember the last time I did that Probably because I have never attempted to do so, and the results are just as bad as one would expect.

But, aside from that, the markers behave the way they should There are 48 colors and not only the standard 47 + a blender as some marker companies tend to do. The tips don't fray, they blend well, and they're really 48 individual colors. The color listing on Ohuhu is still accurate, so I'm giving them some props for that. As a complement to any other markers you might already own, or just as a toy to collect, any of the problems I named above may be ignored at your I don't mind the desaturated browns and grays as much as they bother me, but if you're looking for a set of markers with lighter tones because your current collection is long overdue for some new markers, then perhaps that is not the case for you. In the event that you are, however, unable to fit into either of these categories, buying open stock markers is still a viable.

I bought these new colours so that I can replace almost all of my most frequently used Copics with Ohuhu markers. Ohuhu are pretty close to copics, and I'm excited to have them now. It is of astounding quality, and it now comes in a wide variety of colors. A customer service representative responded within 24 hours of sending me an email to offer me a replacement marker for one of my markers that ended up with the brush tip broken off. You will have a hard time finding a company better than this! In addition, I have included an artwork that I used these pastels and other Ohuhu markers for most of (the only ones not used were the parts of the skirt and skin with the galaxy scenes).

It's my pleasure to recommend Ohuhu markers to you. The number of sets I have is quite large. My first day of buying their brush markers I ended up staying up late and buying The love I have for them is so great. It's a good set, but I must admit a little disappointment here. First of all, let me mention that I LOVE the markers. This is a great quality product. There is a lot of juice in this ink. They are beautiful brush tips, and I love the fact that they can be turned when they fray (even though mine have never frayed). This is an excellent case. Protecting the paper from bleeding through is a nice touch with the plastic sheet that comes with the set. My complaint is that these "pastel" markers don't really possess the quality of pastel at all. There are a lot of markers that I would consider middle of the road markers The tones should not be pastels. It might be possible to create muted versions of standard mids It is toned. few pastel shades included, and those that are are no where near pale enough to satisfy my tastes. I would have liked to see a few VERY pale shades combined with matching darker shades. I am almost certain it would have made this set more interesting. The shades of cream range from a very pale color to a pale color to a light color to a light light color to a mid-tone light color It is a cream tone. For blending, I used four shades, getting darker as I went. A total of maybe 15 or so colors could have been done, possibly four colors of each. It would have made this set SO much better if there had been 4 cool pinks, 4 warm pinks, 4 blues, 4 cool purples, 4 warm purples, 4 greens, 4 yellow greens, 4 blue greens, 4 oranges, etc. As far as I'm concerned, this set just seems random to me. I don't really think the colors go together that well. In terms of blending options, there are few to choose from. It's not that I HATE the set, either. feel that the color choices could have been thought out a bit better, since they seem so random to me.

In addition, A good quality ink and an easy to hold shape make this a great notebook. There has always been a high level of quality for me. Despite my expectations, the pastel colors are not as fluffy as I had intended. The color of some shades can vary from very light to very dark. Also, I have a suggestion to make, If you name your CG line "Neutral" when it implies "Cool Grey", or your BG line "Cool Grey" when it implies "Blue Grey", it will confuse your audience. I also need to know what MG means. I used that color because it was a grayish blue. That's such a strange naming scheme.

The diverse array of pastel colors found in this set is hard to come by in other sets of alcohol markers, so if you love pastels, it is a must have for anyone. It truly is a pleasure to color with Ohuhu markers since they always have a delightful brush tip and are high quality. There are darker shades in the set of colors (as shown in the accompanied color chart), so you're not looking at paler The colors blend extremely well together, and when combined with darker hues, you can create some perfect gradient effects. In some colors, the actual color may be darker than the cap depicts it, so it's best to keep color swatch cards handy. Apart from that, it is reasonably useful. There's no better pastel marker! I definitely recommend them to any artist who loves to work with pastels.

As a result of their lightness, these are excellent for layering. It's going to take me a long time to master alcohol markers, but these little guys are helping me out.
