I've been using the Osborne Scratch Awl ever since.

Pointed at the right place. A blade with a special temper for piercing leather, sewing, and a host of other applications. This handle is made of hardwood. The product is made in the United States.

According to its website, Osborne is designed and manufactured in the United States. There is a good reputation for them. The reason I don't believe is because I have no reason to do so. However, there have been instances in which people have lied.

Awl of excellent quality

Although you would think there is no difference between an awl and another, I've used everything from a fifty cent one made in China to a fifty dollar handcrafted one. I do a lot of leatherwork, up to and including 12-inches, and I would definitely give these a 5 star rating I have a set of these that are 14 ounce thick and they There is no bend in the blade, or shifting in the housing, even after being used for 100's of times. I would definitely recommend and buy from them again in the future.

It's comfortable to stitch leather when it fits well in your hand

These work well when restretching stitching holes while stitching as they rest comfortably in the palm while using the needle and can be manipulated easily if you have good dexterity in your hand to move Additionally, I use this tool to make marks on the leather without causing any noticeable damage to the finished surface.

I made an error when I ordered these. When I ordered stitching awls, I thought it was for sewing. The descriptions should be carefully read so I can understand them better. The awls are, all in all, very good. It's always nice to have a few extra scratch awls on hand. The only thing I can say is that.

The awls seen here have a good appearance The guns are well-built and have a lot of power. The fact that they are American is very appealing to me I made it. These are a great size, and they fit comfortably in the hand. Two pieces per order is a great price. I rate this as a five-star product.

This is a small, but sharp knife! I bought them because they do the job I wanted them to do- Putting a mark on the guitar body to indicate where holes will be drilled

One of them was slightly off center and leaned to one side. All the same, it works. An original C is hard to top. It is made by Osborne Tool. It is important to keep the blade well oiled and well used otherwise it.

The quality of the product is poor

Research is something I should have done more of. This company is known for making quality products, according to me. While these scratch awls are sharp, they are lightweight. They also look cheap and feel.

Because they were made in the United States, I got them. These are the tools I use to make book bindings and leather bags. The quality of the material and the comfort are good. It seems likely that they will last me for the rest of my life.
