Making peyote woven seed bead projects is much easier when using the big eye needle, and being able to use either end of the needle as the point results in the needle being significantly more versatile than the usual size 11 or 12 beading needle. If put to the test, the needles will eventually break at the end, but so will the eye on other needles. The end section is twice as wide as the standard size 11 beading needle, yet it can still handle seed beads as large as size 11/0. Using this needle for beading is my choice, but I do not recommend it for hand sewing cloths.

A couple of years ago, I bought big eye needles, but I kept slicing my thread with them. * My threads have not been damaged by these. They are not only sharp, but they do not tear the thread. * There is no doubt that the needles are beautifully designed. This was my first time trying them and I'm happy I did. As for the price, it is right as well.

It is best to use large hole needles with jewelry making but not with every type of jewelry. Make sure you take care with this one. It's sharp and I had a difficult time threading it.
