Is it possible to use it to make dental porcelana?

Hello,br>br>These units have a maximum temperature of 2,200° Fahrenheit. Porcelain cannot be melted with these. Thank you. br>br>

Is it possible to use this kiln with metal clays?

Yes, you most certainly can. Many of our customers use them for exactly that!

Is it possible to use a 16oz aluminum in the crucible?

I believe you must specify crucible size when ordering the quickmelt pro, which ranges from 10, 20, 30, 60, and 100 troy oz. I have a 30 troy ounce crucible, and even cut up, that size of can will be too big for 30 troy ounces. I'm not sure this is the machine you're looking for when it comes to aluminum. Is excellent for silver and gold, but I can't say for aluminum because I don't melt it.

Is it possible to set the temperature to a lower level, such as 300 for lost wax?

The temperature can be set anywhere between 76 degrees Fahrenheit and 1800 degrees Fahrenheit, which is my silver melt point. I WOULDN'T SPEND THAT MUCH ON WAX MELTING. I use a 20 to melt my wax. 00 copper pan on a stovetop over low heat (mine is gas)

This is one of the hottest items on the market right now! I love my little Quickmelt furnace; I've worked with a few others that were prettier, fancier looking, but none came close to heating up as fast and as hot as the Quickmelt pro line; after all, do you want your furnace to look good when it's not in use, or do you want it to be ready to melt some gold in less than five minutes from turning it on? My next Quickmelt furnace will be the front unit with the open door and shelves

I'll never need a crucible again; all I have to do now is fill my molds with a precise weight of silver shot, place them in the furnace, remove them from the oven, let them cool, and presto, instant ingots! Metal melting is a breeze with this tool

Tin, lead, zinc, aluminum, and copper can all be melted in this small furnace. This unit is well-labeled and has clear directions, which is critical given the high temperatures it operates at and the fumes it can produce if the metals you're melting have plastic or paint coatings.

The product is good, but the supplier is not

It's not sure how long it'll last, but it heats up quickly. The supplier didn't ship it until after I was supposed to receive it, which was my biggest issue.
