Two hours ago, I got a damaged freezer! The box appears to be in good condition, but the front face of the freezer I received two houses ago has two large, ugly pits the size of thumbs

Why did they send me a defective product? I'd like a refund or replacement, but Amazon's user interface requires me to agree to return the item, which I am unable to do. It's a colossal and hefty piece of equipment! I'd like Amazon or the company to pick up the product, but I'm not sure how to get in touch with them. I'm hoping they'll get back to me as soon as possible after I leave them a message.

Excellent solution at a reasonable price

This has turned out to be a lot better than I had hoped for. The freezer is a constant - when set to the recommended '5' setting. The temperature is ideal for us at 5 degrees Fahrenheit. We bought a cheap thermometer to keep inside because its dimensions are easier to reach into than the Insignia we were considering, and it also has power/compressor/temp warning lights, which the Insignia didn't have.
