I like the way it looks. The same thing happened to us with "clicking" as others had reported. It was noticeable that the posts on a couple burner knobs were slightly out of round, causing these knobs to stick when pressed. The knob post needed to be simply adjusted in order for it to work. A work of art.
The gas range we had before has been replaced by this one for 7 months now and we consider it to be an improvement over just a standard range. In the literature I read before purchasing, the stovetop is prone to easily scratching, and it is It takes a lot of care to clean and replace cast iron grates, but I have not had any difficulty keeping it looking great. We have been satisfied with our purchase thus far.

This stove was originally purchased about four years ago, and I've loved it ever since. Since I recently moved, I bought it from Amazon rather than the store. It is very easy to use the convection part of the oven. It was told to me that things like baking cannot be handled successfully on gas stoves because the temperature can't be controlled. That is simply not the case with this oven. The macarons came out perfectly when I used the convection fan in the oven.
While reading some reviews that made me nervous, I still purchased this oven because of its decent reviews. I am really happy that I got this after installation because I have no complaints. I felt that the self-cleaning feature was not an issue with me as even the higher end models (Wolf - was OK etc. ) have complained about the feature of self-cleaning. The first time I used one was several years ago It appears I am missing something, since I don't know what it is.
