Here is how I would like to put it, yes! The Xbox One X version of this app is excellent. Yes, I do! It is possible to play directly from an external media player. Yes, I do! A lag-free gaming experience is guaranteed.

Western Digital has nothing to worry about the product itself looks great and the price is good for a 1TB SSD. Microsoft's series X operating system is lame, and this is a knock on the company. As a result of its inability to run games on this device, it will not let me use it for games.
They want to charge you $220 for the same amount of space on their Seagate expansion card. The problem will hopefully be resolved and it will be usable in the near future. In the meantime, it appears to work except for the Xbox Series X right now, and with these new games today, 1TB of space just isn't enough even with the faster down and upload times, so I will either have to return this and go without playing Whenever companies that make as much money as Microsoft pull crap like this, I really hate to see it. It shows that they don't just let you have whatever you want, since it would kill them if they allowed me to save $70 on some extra space after I was scalped on the console.

Because consoles have only USB 3 ports, the speed is perfect from a read point of view. There are only 1 ports, so the data it can transfer is limited to about 900kb A D30's 900mb/s read speed is perfectly adequate for consoles as it can support a maximum of 1000mb/s speeds.
