I am unable to get the Xbox to recognize the hard drive

We are unable to get the Xbox to recognize the hard drive no matter how it is formatted. It still works well as an ordinary hard drive, though.

There was nothing better than buying this product. My order arrived exactly as I ordered, though it was not in the color I wanted. Although I was a little dissatisfied with the outcome, I did not want to waste time sending it back since I really needed it.

If anything, the best use would be to transfer games to it

It would not be worth the effort to adjust the connection between the game and the usb jack and to make sure not to bump something else as that could mean you lose connection and have to start If anything, it would be best to use it as an external hard drive for console game transfers. Don't expect it to work correctly.
