I highly recommend it. To play Steam games, I needed a controller, and this one worked perfectly! All that was needed was to connect the controller as an Xbox controller and things were good to go.
There is an extremely easy crack in the wire that connects to the controller.
Once it's within reach, stop trying to make it happen.
I have an Xbox One and have been a gamer all my life. The more aggressively you use the controller, the shorter the amount of gameplay time it has, and I've found that any controller only has so many hours in it. In my experience, there is no need to buy the official Xbox controllers since they are usually far too expensive, starting at around $60 and going up to almost twice as much for certain "name brand" * This year marks the beginning of a new trend in technology Compared to an official Microsoft controller, the Team Wired controller is an excellent replacement that costs half as much (or less). I unboxed this controller a few moments after it arrived today and immediately began playing with it. I prefer this controller to the one that came with Xbox since I do not like dealing with batteries. It feels just like the one that came with Xbox except instead of being wireless, it is wired. Despite its appearance, the controller has the same size, shape, and feel as the official one. As a replacement controller, I think this controller is a great choice at an excellent price. I have played with it for several hours today and I am confident in my recommendation.
I use it primarily on a PC. All the features out of the box work great for me, including the proportions, the rubberized grips, the weight, and so on. But I just don't expect these generics to last for more than a couple of My children have done educational games and roblox/minecraft all day long during the lockdown, so I've been spending a lot of time engaging in gaming during the lockdown. I have burnt through 15 of these Chinese generic controllers in the past 12 months, which includes myself and my husband. There is no logic to it. As soon as they are opened, they initially seem fine, but after a few weeks I'm disassembling them, figuring out a short, etc. Joystick repair kits are available from Amazon that are not difficult to do, but this is so frustrating and stupid. End of the day, buying a name brand is just more cost effective.
With this controller, you will be able to get an OEM controller for much less than you would expect to pay. I like the way it looks, and it works well right away. It was quickly plugged into my computer and I was able to play. All the buttons are easy to use, and the jacket is comfortable. Because I'm playing a game where the vibrations are a bit strong, I have turned them off on my controller. There is a bit of depth to the LT and RT buttons — you have to push them in a little bit before they activate — but this isn't an The top of the device has four lights that shine very brightly, and this is a major irritation for me. Though this may be a perspective born of that transition, the controller I used felt very responsive in terms of input and had no lag whatsoever. The device will be used on a gaming PC, not an XBox, and it installed easily and was ready to go within thirty seconds of powering it up. It is fair to say that this third party controller is very different from the original Xbox controller. Although the cost is expected, it's well worth it. In addition to feeling hollow, the plastics are a bit cheap-feeling (it could be the hollowness), and I don't like how high the shoulder buttons are. I like the feel of the pad. As I can feel and hear the springs in the triggers, they feel a bit cheap compared to the analogs and buttons, which feel great. For the price, it is a good product.
