There is an error in the code. A code that was invalid was entered. No one can give us the correct code or issue us a refund despite us going back and forth between Microsoft and Amazon. The company keeps telling my son that they need to respond within 48 hours. People never reply to my emails. This is absurd!.
It is not possible to redeem the game code.
My code failed to work when I bought it. Don't fall for it if you have an Xbox S! I would not give it a 1 star rating, but the system requires.

It was essential that I had this game on my Xbox One. Blackgate 360 seemed to be compatible with my computer. There is no such thing. Since I never played the game, I can't provide feedback.
It was ordered as a birthday gift for my son. We got an error message saying that the coupon had already been redeemed when loading the discount.
There is an error with the code. As of yet, neither XBox nor Amazon have taken any actions to rectify this situation.
