The headset is great, but I was really hoping I would like it. As I predicted, the design and overall feel of the controller are great, but the controller does not put out enough power for sound to really pop. My Turtle Beach PX4 (wireless one ) is much louder than this one. Despite the fact that the impedance was lowered to 41, there is no way that a headset with drivers around 50mm will be fully powered by the controller. In the near future, I will take the HyperX Flight for a test drive. Getting a wireless version of this would be very interesting for me. Do not get me wrong, this model of PS4 Hyper X Cloud is not a bad one in the slightest, and many will love it and be satisfied with what it's capable of supporting, but from my perspective it doesn't hit the mark when it comes to volume.

These replaced a different brand of headphones that I returned due to poor I'm quite impressed with the build quality of these right out of the box. They can be adjusted in size, however since I have a fairly large head, I adjusted them to the maximum size. They are just a wee bit tight on my head but are In my case, these were actually bought for my PS4, but I had just opened them and wanted to use them right away, so I plugged them into my phone instead. On my way home from work, I fired up Spotify and skipped through the first couple of suggested songs until I came across Despite the fact that I am not a country fan, I listened to it because of how simple the opening was with just a guitar and drums. I listened as the song was being recorded and I felt like I was there in the studio. I like how crisp and clear it is. I now want to talk about how the PS4's sound quality is. admit that I do not plug these directly into the controller, but rather into the Sony Silver headphones adaptor that came with them. As a result, I have had at least three sets of the silver headphones. It's because of this that I went with the HyperX this time. The amount of volume available on these is more than adequate. It is very clear to hear the chat mixed with the game audio. Noise canceling mics are included in the HyperX, which is a big plus. I play with my wife in a separate room but we are together. While sitting on a leather recliner, I asked her if she heard me sneak a peek left cheek at her. It passed the background noise test because she had no idea what I was asked about, so I am pleased!

I have only had these a week but I am quite pleased. In the event that anything changes, I will update this.

I like them because they're very comfortable Make sure the ears are not squeezed. Plugging them into the controller is also straightforward. With this headset, you can simply open the box and use it right away! What a great idea! They are the best he has ever used, according to my son. These are extremely comfortable to wear, with no discomfort or sweating in my ears after wearing them for four hours straight. There aren't loud enough to burst your eardrums, but loud enough to be heard. The volume on the controller has not been turned all the way up yet. Voltage controls and the mic muting button are incredibly easy to reach, and the cable is long enough so that it doesn't become a hindrance These are awesome sounding, I enjoyed playing Spiderman on them and watching movies late at night on them. The quality of the mic is fine, and none of my friends have I knew there would be no microphone monitoring, so I bought these headphones in the knowledge of this fact.
In terms of my purchase, I'm really happy with my purchase and recommend this to anyone who has less than $100 to spend on a PS4.

Since I purchased it three times over 3 years ago, it's by far the most reliable headset in terms of build quality and sound quality. Despite its poor quality, the microphone is still clear and sounds good. Comparatively to my first headset purchase, the box that came with the most recent one did not contain any accessories. It works but the headphone jack does not hold up to everyday use and the wires inside lose connection and break after a short amount of time. I use it 10 hours a day sometimes. During the installation of the new headset I put a piece of shrink wrap around the headphone jack in order I am pleased with how it is holding up.

Since I had to return them for repair, my review may seem odd, but while they were working, they did an awesome job. The microphone then made a hoarse noise for no apparent reason. Though I called for help after it was past the time I could send the package back to Amazon, I never gave up. Kingston took care of the replacement and I was satisfied with the result. A customer representative from Amazon stayed on the phone with me the entire time to make sure I was taken care of. Those are the only headphones I would ever consider purchasing again, they fit well and when I had them on, they didn't feel heavy since they are wired rather than battery operated.
