Yes, this is excellent work.
Not 100% sure but I would assume that is true since you can also play GameCube through the Wii console but I have never tried that is true because I have never tried
Hello, after doing some research, I discovered that standard Wii sensor cables are typically 50 feet long. That's how long I think mine should be.
Selected User Reviews For Wii Sensor Bar, Wired Infrared IR Ray Motion Sensor Bar Compatible with Nintendo Wii/Wii U Console
To begin with, as evidenced by my 4-star rating, this product exceeds all of my performance and accuracy expectations when compared to the original Wii sensor bar. However, because it is an aftermarket item, it does not meet all of the original's specifications, and some buyers should be aware of this. First and foremost, the fit, finish, and overall quality appear to be adequate. It appears to be almost identical to the original sensor bar. The length of the wire connecting the sensor bar to your Wii could be a significant and potentially concerning difference for some customers. The original sensor bar had a long cable, allowing the Wii to be placed far away from the TV. Because of the new cable, you can only put your Wii near the TV.
The original sensor's wire had been chewed through by the cat. I attempted to solder and reconnect the broken wires, but it was unsuccessful. I got this one, plugged it in, and after about 10 minutes of fiddling with it, I got it to work. Now it's as if you're using a genuine OEM product.
I had ordered one previously, but the wire had broken when something fell on it, so I had to order another. Handle this item with caution as it is easily broken.
I received this sensor bar in a timely manner. My other sensor wires had been chewed in half by the cat. I didn't use any adhesive when I installed this, and the Wii works perfectly.
I didn't even get a chance to try out the first one. Before we could try it out, the toddler kept pulling on it until the wire was ripped out. Before he does it on the new one, I'll have to figure out how to get out of it.
It works great and is simple to set up. So far, there have been no issues! There was also double-sided tape included to secure it to a surface.
