Those are plug-and-play adapters that were made for wii U, so they work and they connect to the switch just fine. If there is a new plug-and-play adapter, that I am unaware of, then I am unable to answer.
There is about a 90% chance that you would be able to get them to work since they are identical apart from the Nintendo Gamecube brand.

Whether you're looking for a few filler controllers for game night, or adding them to your collection, these work well, look cool, and are definitely worth the price. Almost all the buttons are the same, except for the Z (grab) button it makes an audible click noise and you have to press just a little harder, so you see the move on one player when you press just a little harder and it allows them to shield you.
Compatible with OEM Nintendo controllers, but cannot be directly swapped. Where the triggers are held in place, the bottom shell is not threaded. A threaded opening is there, but it is not There is a tad of a difference between the fit and the style. As a result, the motherboard has a smaller rumbler and the bottom shell is designed in accordance with it. I think the shells can be used but it would need to be modified.
They work great though. They were purchased to be used with our Wii. The grip and use of the product are very comfortable. I like the colors, and the quality seems to be very good. There are only a few cords to be concerned about. They still work, even though I would have liked them to be a little longer. All we have to do is put the Wii on the floor in front of us rather than leaving.
There were two packs in my shopping cart. Those in the first pack (green and purple transparent) have already broken, those in the second pack (which I purchased 4 months later) are still going, but I have my suspicion that those will break soon as well. Basically, all of the broken ones suffer from the same problem As soon as you touch the joystick, it starts drifting to one side, so it's kind of useless, but the return window has already passed Make sure you are careful when buying.
There is only one disappointment the cords are pretty short. We have the game system in our living room so you have to sit on the floor before it to use it. To give you an idea, my Sony Playstation 2 controller wire is about 2 feet long. A 5 foot longer length. The wireless controllers would have been much more useful to me for my situation if I had spent the extra money on them. However, overall, they have been a great success.
They work with gamecube games that are plugged into a wii. Nice gamecube controllers at a reasonable price.
Cool to look at, nice to touch. It is great that controllers work! only part of the controller that consists of stuff is the "Z" button. The only thing that makes it look cool is that it's see through and the grips and joystick feel like they came from the Nintendo system. I'd say it's a good find in the end.
We'd like them to be of the highest quality and offer the best value for our money, There were no major problems with them. The did what they were supposed to do, but I probably would not purchase from them.
