After trying several chargers, this one stood out as superior to the others on Amazon and I'm glad I made the purchase. Among the pros I can run this cable from my surge protector at my desk to the shelf where I keep the Wii on thanks to its longer cable length than OEM If you are not using your tablet, then put it away. The OEM charger didn't seem to charge as fast as this one does. There are a number of cons to this There is a grey instead of a black background. It is just me being nitpicky and it wouldn't be enough for me to rate it less than five stars while it seems better performing than the original. If the enclosure were black, it would be visually more appealing to me.

I received the item in two days with prime shipping. The package was well protected. It immediately started up after we plugged it in and connected it to our WiiU. The first time I found this cord, I bought it twice. My first cord lasted about two years, which I thought was pretty good for something that was pulled on frequently behind the couch. There was no success with any of them. This is the fourth of four I ordered. Due to my son's abuse, the original adapter was torn in two so I needed a replacement and also wanted to get a few extras (his favorite use of the gamepad is roaming around). (I bought the first two and they were working well. A couple of weeks later, I ordered the other two. The first two stopped working after less than a month. It seemed odd, but I thought it might be due to something outside of my control. These two didn't work right out of the box when they were sent next. In the condition that I thought the game pad could be damaged, I sent it in for repair to Nintendo. No adapter was working when my game pad arrived back from the repair shop, so I thought Nintendo may not have properly repaired it. I was told I could borrow a friend's factory AC adapter to see if maybe it was a 4 off brand. The idea of doing this today seemed ridiculous to me at first, but I decided to go for it. was stunned to find the game pad fully charged after only a short while. Each of the four chargers is either dead or not working. have never been forced to write a review before, because I know unexpected things can happen, but for me to have 4 of them in a row is just too much. This is not worth your money and I would suggest spending it somewhere else.

As a result of my brother's disorder, this is a regular purchase for my family because the ends of his Wii U charger get chewed until they break off. I believe that I've already reviewed this item. In my opinion, this adapter is cheaper and provides the same level of performance as the Nintendo model. This is a very high-quality charger, so I would think it would last just as long as the charger from Nintendo. I cannot comment on the longevity because we have to buy a new one every few months.
