If the adapter is used with a standard Wii power cable, it should allow use on any Wii system. However, if you are not certain you could do a little research to find out but I wouldn't be surprised if the power cable input had never changed on the Wii. It doesn't matter whether it's new or old
There is no problem.

Selected User Reviews For Nintendo RVL-002 Wii (not Wii U) AC Power Adapter - Bulk Packaging, grey
A Nintendo system. The price is the same on com. This listing's power supply looked nearly identical to the one I received from Nintendo when I received my official refurbished power supply from them. (3. 5 stars)
There were plugs from WellShin on both, but the one I received from Nintendo did not say 'give. ' I still disagree with how this product listing on Amazon is presented, but it's probably not as bad as I had originally assumed. If the power supply fails again in the future, I am sure that my official purchase from Nintendo will make them more likely to help. I reviewed the original submission ***(1/5 stars) ***NOT OFFICIAL OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) ***! Checking with Nintendo support was a good idea. According to the power cord, the brand was 3rd party (Well Shin), giving me reason to believe that someone made their own repairs and passed it off as official. )If you want to buy officially from the store, then you must do so. A Nintendo system. You can reach us at . com (for United States). The whole thing costs $15 plus $5 shipping so the cost is $15 plus $5 shipping. Only the speed of this knockoff can be considered a benefit While Nintendo can take 11 business days for a $5 shipping order to arrive, this one arrived in two and costs $2.
After taking out my mother's cable tv, internet, and power supply due to a thunderstorm, I let her borrow my Nintendo Wii. You can search online for instructions on how to reset the Wii power supply, but it did not work. There was a lot of fried food on the table. A lot of cheaper aftermarket power supplies are available, but many have bad reviews and a couple have been reported as having caused fires. The Wii's original equipment power supply is still available at a few sellers. The cost is of course slightly higher, but the quality is worth it, in my opinion. The one I ordered arrived with the official Nintendo logo on it and has worked well.
I was even more delighted that I could easily find one since the game console had long been discontinued. The system booted without a hitch. Family oriented games are still played actively by the whole family, and it would have been a shame to lose.
My Wii adapter somehow got lost, which was the reason I bought the gadget. The next day, he came in. We were disappointed to find that someone had taken our Wii during those two days. Now that we have a cheap spare power adapter that came with the new (used) Wii. It's not only happening to us. The last time we lost the power adapter (really, where do they ever go? 1) A cheap knockoff turned out to be a fake. The picture did work, but produced a lot of noise. There was so much damage that one TV wouldn't even show I had to buy a brand new one from Nintendo for $30. There is actually no difference in price between this adapter and the cheap knockoff (it's actually the same price).
A cable with discolouration was included with this product, but it seemed to be "like new. ". There was a barcode sticker on the block, and the block had a few brown and white blotches that we don't know what they were. I hate the feeling of touching such a thing, it sent me a chill down my spine. As long as it works, that's all that matters. I plan to return.
In the retail store, it is almost impossible to find the Wii AC adapter. We purchased this to replace our original Wii AC adapter. Online, Nintendo was asking almost triple the price of the item.
The description indicates that the item is new, however I wonder if it is. 2) it came in a plastic bag with only a generic sticker with the product name as identification. A printable address label could have done the job. It did not come with a box or any Nintendo paperwork, so it is impossible to tell if this is a new product.
2) The cord had scuff marks on the side of the box portion of it, as though it had been dropped. One screw was shiny & the other one was rough It was fresh on the box portion of the cord, and the other parts
This product did work as described, and we are able to use our Wii again (I think it was because our old cord shorted out in a series of storms we had earlier Even though it was hooked up to a surge protector, the sudden loss of power several days in a row must have been *br+
[This item is not a game, so nothing to report about it. Would you like to know how I rate this game overall or how fun it is.
In order to have a second system location, I wanted to purchase a Wii system. By getting a second Sensor Bar, a second Power Adapter and a second component cable, rather than unplugging all three (including moving the sensor bar), I would save time and money. The following are the three that I bought From Yoomall, we got the power adapter and sensor bar. From Mycarringcase, we got the component cable. In this paragraph, I mention all three of them because the Wii had to function in its new location with all of them. In December of 2010, I read the reviews of these three on Amazon and picked them. If things have changed since then, I suggest you do the same. In my opinion, that was the best option at the time. They have all worked well for me so far, after using them for about two months. I will update the review if one fails. now I have two places where I can bowl in my house, and I am quite happy about it!.
It took a little while to get used to it I gave it a few slaps). After putting an electrical tester to the cord, I figured out it was the power cord. After getting the new cord, at first it didn't work, but after a few minutes, it worked perfectly. It wouldn't be a good idea to have this system running for more than a couple of days (just glad it didn't start a fire), which is why you need to make sure the red light comes on.
