I bought two more Wii lasers from a different vendor for around $10 each, but neither of them worked. The third time wasn't the charm, so I ordered a replacement. After so many duds, I decided to spend a little more and give this one a shot. Once installed, it was up and running in no time, and it reads games like a pro. If you need to replace your Wii console's laser, I highly recommend this product.

The dual layer Wii games (smash brawl) presented a problem for me to read. Following a YouTube video, I replaced the laser with this product, and it now functions perfectly. From beginning to end, it took around 30 minutes. It helps a great deal if you have the right tools and have worked with small screws before. Yes, the anti-soldering agent must be de-soldered. a small dot.
