The first one I got didn't work out. I just received the second one, and I'm having trouble getting it to work as well. Is there anything I should do differently?

My device functioned flawlessly. I simply plugged it into the Wii component, and the device is now fully functional. Make sure the item you're buying is a direct replacement for the one you have; mine was for a Nintendo Wii, which now works perfectly.

Good product, except the wire connecting it to the Wii is a bit thin and fragile

So far, I have had no problems with the device. It works well if you're not too close to it and it's placed properly. One thing I should mention is that the cord is really thin, which in my opinion makes it fragile, but if it's placed out of the way and not moved there shouldn't be a problem.

I forgot mine at home on my trip to Florida, and when I went to set it up, I realized I had forgotten one part: it was a direct plug-in to my Wii, and it began working as soon as I plugged it in. Success.

There is a need for replacement

The Wii remotes icon on the game vanishes, shakes, or stops working, indicating that there is a motion sensor problem. It works after a couple of swings. This is a replacement for the old sensor bar, which had stopped working. For the money, it works fine, but they aren't the official manufacturer, so it's fine.

The third use caused it to stop working. I'm not sure if it was my fault; I used it fine and then it just stopped. Even attempting to rsync failed.
