The battery on my Wii u game pass doesn't hold charge as well as it used to. I had my charger that came with the device next to the console, so I wanted to be able to charge it while playing my games on the couch.

Having previously had a broken charger, we decided to purchase this new one. This charger stopped working in less than a month after we bought it. Our first charger lasted for years. Since we have had it for about six weeks, the charger must be carefully handled in order to work properly. charge is stopped as soon as the slightest touch occurs. In the event that your Wii U GamePad gets moved around a lot or charges while you are using it, I would recommend getting a better charging dock. You won't be able to use it for long as it isn't durable.

When I connected my charging cord to my gamepad, my gamepad began blinking and flashing. Assuming that the cord was damaged before it was sent to me, I assume it was damaged inside. I may not return it since I need it to use the WiiU at all.
