I don't think my game pass on a Wii u holds the same amount of charge that it used to. The charger that comes with the device is next to the console, so I wanted something to charge it while I'm playing my games on the couch.

Having purchased this charger because our original stopped working, we have upgraded to this one. This charger started to malfunction within a month of its purchase. Our first charger lasted a couple years. It's been about six weeks now and the charger has to be babied in order to function properly. Charges are stopped as soon as the slightest touch is felt. In spite of the reliance on the Wii U GamePad, if you move it a lot or charge while you are using, you may want to get The one you have here is not durable or long lasting.

I was unable to fully charge my gamepad because the cord flickered, flashed, and made my gamepad blink and flash. Assuming the cord was damaged in transit, I assume it was damaged inside. I am unable to return it because I need it to even operate.
