Questions & Answers

Is it possible to play Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops on the PSp Vista?

With the PS3 version, it does not work.

What is the compatibility of the PS3 with this game?

No, I do not believe that is true. PSP UMDs are different from any other physical media and offer a unique experience. It's not possible to play UMDs on the PS3. Though I'm not sure if there is a digital version on PSN which is designed for Playstation 3. You might want to take a look at it.

Would you like the normal edition or the greatest hits?

There are no great hits in this edition (it is the normal edition). Thanks for your kind words.

What to get on the PSP for "Portable Ops"
4/5

Instead of buying Portable Ops Plus, I bought Portable Ops Plus first. Having purchased this one, I'm amazed at how much better it is than the previous one. I must say, first of all, that I find the game much better when it has a clear storyline. Simply spending some time doing this will keep you engaged, and make you feel like you are accomplishing something rather than wandering around aimlessly. I will stick to the basic elements of those most reviews cover for the purpose of this review. The quality of the graphics, the sound, the control, and the replayability. A few graphics Despite the fact that both games use the same graphics engine, I noticed that this game had crisper graphics. The facial detail on Snake's face and the suit are really impressive and the fact that it has all been squeezed into such a small system is really a feat. Konami has done an excellent job on this game. In my opinion, the animated cut scenes add an interesting touch to the story and prepare you for the missions you will be assuming in the game. It sounds like As for the sound, it is also good. There are a few things I feel could have been done better, but I found the book to be completely engrossing, and there was nothing that There is an excellent match between the music and the combat and stealthy Once again, this title receives a high rating. The control is It's probably the only area in which I have a complaint, and you can probably guess Considering the PSP has only one analog joystick, it was undoubtedly a challenge porting Metal Gear to the PSP. Also, the camera tends to move into strange angles all too often and can become downright frustrating when you need it the least. Personally, I think that it is a miracle that Konami has been able to pull off what they have with the PSP, but more could be done. A camera's zooming in and out should be a subjective or voluntary choice, not a function of its Getting used to it takes some getting used to, but once you do, you won't have any problems. A repeatable experience With this game, there is much to enjoy. In spite of the small levels, you feel as though there is a lot of exploration and discovery to be done. The presence of a good story is another major part of what makes this game so enjoyable. Usually, I'm the kind of person who doesn't even need a good story to engage me. You can count on me to play a mindless shooter as soon as possible. It is the story, however, that makes this title shine. There's just something compelling about it that makes you want to know more about the Metal Gear universe and storyline. I strongly recommend that you buy this game! It would have been a 5 star if it wasn't for the control issues.

Peace Walker is by far the better game, in my opinion
5/5

Metal Gear is probably the most underrated game in the series. In terms of Metal Gear Solid 2, that's not bad. Peace Walker is by far the better game, in my opinion. THEN THIS IS FOR YOU! It features the same stealth gameplay you enjoyed in MGS3. A variety of interesting characters to recruit for your cause (in-game bosses, famous metal gear characters, etc. ) , challenging boss battles. Well, I think they are much better than what you can find I'm glad the story is good, however I acknowledge you do not need to play this game in order to fully But if you're interested in learning how Big Boss came up with the idea for Outer Heaven and how the Foxhound group was formed, this is a must-have! Having fun while watching this.

I liked the game but the controls were terrible
3/5

My copy of this game was just finished last night (yes, it's mid 2014, but I'm trying to catch up before Metal Gear Solid 5 comes out). Below are some of the things My favorite part of the story was the ending. I really like how the rendering turned out. Those who did voice acting did a very good job. There are some neat gameplay elements for capturing soldiers and managing your army in this game. In MGS 3, you were required to play at a lower level of sneaking and CQC (close quarters combat) than this game requires. The camera was one of my least favorite things in this trip. There is no fee associated with it Metal Gear Solid 3 had a moving camera, so here is one Provision for survival. You must, however, stop moving your character in order to move the camera without a second analog stick. The aiming lock was also a little difficult to use and made it easy to become disoriented In my opinion, the camera issues were so bad that I cannot recommend this game to owners of the PSP. There is a possibility you can map the second analog stick on your PS Vita appropriately, but I have not personally verified this. * The final sneaking level is incredibly difficult. In most cases, there is no or little ramp Levels 1-4 are more difficult and contain more puzzles than those in level 5. You may find yourself in love with a video walkthrough if you don't love the game.

MGS saga gets even better with this exciting installment
5/5

The sequel to MGS3 is this game A sequel to Snake Eater, which deals with some of the same themes. Even though I never made it very far in Snake Eater, this game refers to many of the events I am familiar with, including the introduction of Revolver Ocelot and The Boss. In general, the graphics are quite similar to MGS2, and the camera was a bit cumbersome at times, but it wasn't a major issue. It was the addition of the ability to capture and connect in this game that made it the most revolutionary Recruit enemies on your side so that you can move around in the open more freely than trying to carefully sneak around. This is vital in the game since it is much easier to move around in the open than trying to sneak around the map. The soldiers do have various abilities, and each one has its own focus, which makes the gameplay much more entertaining. In addition to being able to sneak at a faster rate with the "Scout" skill, the "Rescuer" skill allows soldiers to remove bodies from the battlefield faster with greater speed, and using care items increases their effectiveness. *As a whole, this was an excellent game that was given the "Editor's Choice" award by The presentation was well received by me I deserved it. If you love the series and the genre, you need to own this book.
