I will explain, on the older cameras, they did not only work perfectly with Playstation VR, but you could also use them to chat, rather than using a head set, and have your voice output to your television at the same time as broadcasting. As far as I can tell, PlayStation has removed these features completely, and now this camera is solely for streaming or broadcasting of your image only. On the previous version for the PS4, you were able to not only broadcast yourself, but you could also use the PS VR with hands free communication without a microphone. The app does none of these things and basically only allows you to remove the background when you stream pictures. It is my hope that this clears up any confusion folks may have had about this device and that these actions will help you to lower your expectations.
