The answer is unfortunately no. They don't qualify. In order to play the characters, you have to purchase them

Supporting broken or unfinished games is not a good idea. There were terrible graphics, an outdated engine, and constant glitches in Fallout76, making it laughably terrible. WrestleMania 2K20 is trying the FO76 model called "release now, fix later"? It's probably not going to happen. This game is way too similar to NBA 2K19 in every way, but it is far worse visually and functionally. If it offered free downloads of videos from Raw/Smackdown in October 2019, current attires, anything, I would be willing to pay for it. As a result, you're getting a more broken 2K19, but with 2019 arenas and attire. You can do yourself a favor by I recommend that you buy 2K19 (surely an excellent game), do community downloads for current attires and rosters, and wait until 2K21 arrives.

It appears that hit detection is worse than in last year's statistics. It was a tough decision, but many iconic characters were removed, as well as a few main roster characters.

There are a lot of glitches in the game. Despite all this brokenness, there is a good game lying under all that is broken, but it's like we're playing a pre-alpha feature. The Yukes company no longer makes these games and Visual Concepts has really been struggling to maintain their presence There may be some way to fix this mostly with patches, but these issues persist after the massive 12gb day one patch, so I am doubting that this will be possible. Your best bet this year is to stick with 2k19 and hope they release a more polished game next year, or at least wait a few weeks for the black Friday deals when this game always drops to the $30 range It will cost you $35.
