The connection has to be optical

The Slim version of the PS4 lacks this feature! Due to the need to connect an optical cable (light pipe) to the PS4, I will never be able to try these. My PS4 Slim does not have an optical port. There is no clear indication anywhere on the Amazon product page that the optical connection is required to operate the console. It's my fault for not understanding the requirements before purchasing, but it would have been nice to know in the first place. It's booo.

The wrong headphones have twice been sent to me

Wireless headphones are listed as a PLAYSTATION 4 accessory in the description. A wireless headphone was provided to me for my XBOX ONE. It was returned to me. As soon as the new order was placed, I checked and made sure it noted the PlayStation 4. The Xbox One wireless headphones I received were the exact same as before. The headphones are no longer wanted by me and I no longer intend to order them.

I purchased and still use for any purpose I need, with minimal issues. My only complaint is the mic stops working randomly and requires a power cycle to fix, and it cuts out very randomly no matter where the receiver is plugged in or the USB port, but for their price they are excellent. When playing for longer periods of time my ears did get a little sweaty.

In some cases, the product does not work as intended. For instance, sometimes it disconnects randomly, other times the party chat button freezes and needs to be turned off/on a second time.

Choose the A10 if you play games in which you have to listen for steps

I wouldn't recommend them because they're so comfortable, but the sound does not compare to my The A10 has a better image quality than the A20.

It is very difficult to read the written instructions, as they have faded and small lettering. It's been a while since I received my headphones and I still have not figured out how to use them.
