The controller is as good as, if not better than, the name brand controllers. It is easily handled and very convenient to use. It is easy to recharge the battery and it lasts for a long time. The first few months have been wonderful! As far as I can tell, he was happy with it, and it seems to work! Although there was a small scratch on the black foot of the mouse pad, he has played Fortnite, Minecraft, and GTA without any issues

After receiving product last night and I was hoping to play with friends, the sound quality was poor when plugging my headphones in (Astro A40's brand new), which worked perfectly with either of my other controllers, maybe just a defective unit but I would not recommend this product.

The controller works but does not respond to all inputs. It occasionally works and sometimes fails. The responsiveness of the buttons is not appropriate for competitive play, but you may be able to get by with a casual game where it's okay if they don't react immediately.
