Whether it's charged or not is a factor. Without being connected to the system, these controllers do not maintain a charge. Analog sticks move in the same way that they do in the real world. When the battery died, the reaction time was slowed down. Worse, it will display the symbol of a fully charged battery. It's best to keep them plugged in at all times.
For the money, this is the best PlayStation 4 controller ever.
Could you please try the following to resolve the connection issue: 1. br>br> The controller must be reset. The controller's backside has a small hole in it. Please re-charge it by poking it with a needle. The controller should be charged for at least 2 hours.br>2. Please double-check that the controller was initially connected to the console via USB cable. You could also try using a different USB cable. br>Please connect the controller to the console via USB cable, then disconnect the cable and press the PS button. All lights will blink, and if the light stays steady, it means they are connected via Bluetooth.
3. If the controller fails, please reset it. The reset button is a small hole on the back of the controller that can be accessed with a pin. After that, please reconnect them using the cable.
4. Please delete all Bluetooth connection records from the PlayStation 4, then reconnect them.
I'd give them a call. Asap. br>Mine arrived in less than two weeks, I believe.

These have been in our possession for about two months. They arrived in a nice package and appear to be well-made. I'm not sure what makes them unique, but they don't operate in the same way that a traditional PlayStation controller does. My family primarily plays Fortnite, which has a unique set of controls. It's hard for me to put into words. We also appear to have issues with the buttons on occasion when we are building. The buttons, on the other hand, aren't always an issue. I had a feeling the controllers wouldn't be as good as the originals (which isn't surprising given the price), but I couldn't compare them because we didn't have a working PS4 official controller. However, we went to a house this weekend that had a real controller, which confirmed my suspicions that these were of lower quality. It was obvious to me. It probably won't make a difference to a typical family who isn't obsessed with gaming, or games that don't require precise movements. But if you're a serious gamer, you'll notice, and I'm concerned about how long these will last, given that after only two months, we're already experiencing knob and button issues. All you have to do now is decide whether you're willing to forego some quality in exchange for these controllers' low price. It will be a fair trade for a lot of people. off.
On the basis of the reviews, we were hesitant to purchase these. However, as a gamer, I was eager to put it to the test. It arrived in a lovely box, and it was exactly as described. The colors made me very happy. For anyone who doesn't know how to sync, all you have to do is plug the charging cord into the USB port on your PS4 and plug the controller in, then turn your PS4 on manually by pressing the power button and turning on the PS4 controller to be fully synced. After that, you can unplug the controller and it will function normally. Before using our charging dock, we charged the controllers. Not only are these controllers awesome and come with button grips, but the price is unbeatable; typically, a PS4 controller costs around $60. I absolutely adore it.
I just wanted to clarify something I overlooked when ordering the two-pack of PlayStation 4 controllers: they are not genuine Playstation controllers. You will definitely notice a difference in the movement in game play; the response is sluggish, as if the game is just a different experience, and the agitating movement in game does not respond correctly. In Warframe, you use the right-click switch to walk in to run while pressing forward. I feel that as I walk forward, my movement is slower, it feels stiffer, and it takes some time for my frame to run, so in R1, my frame rate is delayed as However, another issue is that the range of play between the PS4 and the system is about 5-feet shorter. I noticed with the PS4 that I can go from my living room to my back door and onto my deck with a head set connected to the ps4 and still talk controller will stay connected and can hear perfectly fine and still talk with no cutting out, but these ones fall short about 5-feet. I can reach the end of my kitchen from 8 feet away, and they will disconnect and turn off within 5 minutes. The range is about 5-feet from my back door, so it's about 8 feet. A real PS4 controller is 8 feet shorter. I did not return them because of minor playability flaws; instead, I use them as backups until my PlayStation 4 controller gets some juice. But it's not something I'd buy again.
These are without a doubt the best controllers I've ever had. The price-to-value ratio is also unbeatable. The battery life is incredible (played for hours and still at full charge), and it comes with two pads and some great thumb stick grips for both. All of the buttons are responsive and clicky. This product exceeded my expectations in every way!.
I informed him that this was a gift for someone for my son and that it arrived in an adorable gift box. They arrived overnight; in fact, I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived by 2 p. m. on Monday. 30 fantastic by I haven't used it yet, but I've had these before and they've always worked flawlessly to replace my son's stolen PS4 remotes. I love the decoration and a prince, and they even came with little plastic rubber holders to go over the small game pieces so your fingers don't get hurt.
It's a fantastic product, but it's not cheap. It works well and lasts just as long as my Sony PS4 controller, but I did notice that the dual shock feature is either not working or not available. In addition, when compared to Sony, the buttons and controle sticks are different. These are lighter to use and the Sony is stiffer. If you play a lot like I do, you will notice the difference right away. After a few games, I was used to it and now my boyfriend prefers this brand over Sony because it doesn't hurt his thumps from having to click the joy stick in so hard. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, but thank you. In terms of thickness, these controlers are much thinner than Sony's, which could be a result of the hole shock vibration issue I mentioned earlier. I'll keep you updated if I discover anything else.
fwiw: The joysticks are sluggish or muddy in comparison to the real thing, and I can't connect wirelessly to one of my accessories, but the battery life appears to be adequate. THE MOST SERIOUS PROBLEM: The audio quality is terrible. When you connect your headset to the controller, you'll hear super scratchy radio from the 1940s. Inside as well as outside. Until I returned to the Sony, my teammates grumbled. These controllers will most likely be returned and replaced with genuine ones. Learned Lesson.
