A controller has fallen off only once, and it happened during an angry fit of rage from one of my friends (who's excessively aggressive with the controller anyway). The buttons also fit a little better on the PS4 controller as well.
As of now, I haven't had any problems with the grips coming off my xbox 360 controllers on PC or Xbox. We have also used them on the PS3 controller and had no problems. In my opinion, they are worth the expense.

After playing Destiny 2 for hours, the one on the left stick came off twice and has gotten loose quite a bit since. This game annoys me due to my aim. In the AI versus other players, it does okay, but not so well against aliens. I was at first sore from my knuckles and my thumbs wanted to just rest on the edges of my face. If they help you in any way, that's great. I was able to adjust my grip and use them without discomfort after a short time. As for me, I haven't made up my mind yet. Prior to using this product, my kill/death ratio in Battlefield 4 (PS3) was horrendous. I typically placed well in each match in terms of scoring, but I would have atrocious kill/death ratios No matter where my shot went, it went everywhere even when I got the drop on the opponent. This is definitely a great product, but really this is a defect that should have been addressed before being sent for.
The listing for these stated only that they were compatible with my Xbox back then. For the left-hand thumbstick on my controllers, I substituted the Xbox One versions for CQC Freak (the lower grey ones) and Bombshells for the right-hand thumbstick. The stock thumbsticks were often causing my thumbs to ache after a long gaming session, so I wasn't expecting it to improve my accuracy. But I'm a girl with small hands, so I experienced the same issue every time. When a friend had me try his that had a similar configuration (larger enhancer on the right and a smaller enhancer on the left), it was more comfortable for me. In the end, I placed the CQC on the right and the Bombshells on the left, so that switching from stick to button is easier.
Although my accuracy has almost doubled between Cod ghosts and Advanced Warfare, it's hard to know whether all these improvements are due to my skill level. It's impossible to say for sure. The only reason I know this is that it makes it easier for me to play (hence why I am more comfortable with them). Adding these to my controller also adds a lovely touch of color. am glad I went with this purchase, and I will definitely buy it again.
