A tight fit is to be expected with these. Rubber protectors are not attached to the rubber, but are placed over it. You may be able to get by with them, but I would advise replacing the sticks entirely
The Nintendo size ones might fit, but they don't if they sell Nintendo size ones for the switch
You have a valid question. I have checked the silicone caps in my PS2 controllers and they will not fit. I found the PS2 analog sticks to be slightly larger than those on the PS4. I hope this information is helpful to Have a great day! *br>Take care and stay safe!

Replacing them is not a great idea. As long as you still have the grips on your analog sticks, you should be good. You will not be satisfied with these if you want to replace them to cover up shiny plastic. Their fit on the sticks isn't very good and they slip and slide. I wouldn't recommend these textured condom covers due to the possibility that they will slide around and fall off when really put to the test. They are also not recommended since they may slip around and fall off when really put to the test. We only tried these with the Dualshock 4 controller for the PS4, so it might work better with a different kind of controller.
They are not perfect, but better than the stock ones. It's easier to slip off when they are not doing it It is difficult to fit them over the existing left-handed tiles if you only try to fit them over the old tiles The thumb grip rubber on the gamepad's joysticks tends to pop off because the thumb grip does not fit properly. It is not necessary to peel off the old rubber from the joysticks before putting them on they fit great initially, but aggressive use in action games causes them to slip and eventually fall To utilize them, the best way is to remove the old rubber from the joysticks, place the gamepad on a surface that will hold it steady, apply glue on the center of the joystick head, then stick the new thumb grips on, and let the glue dry. A glue with some elasticity is recommended as crystalline glues like superglue will break after a while due to the constant sideways shearing pressure of the joysticks, and since you'll need to glue them on and off repeatedly, you might damage them. It takes a fair bit of effort to install these pads securely, but they work and feel great once they are.
It was quite noticeable that the thumbsticks did not feel as good as they used to, as 5 years had taken a toll on them. In order to avoid having to buy a new controller for something as minor as this, I went with The change will take some time, especially if you're used to games that move at a rapid pace. Once you get used to the different feeling of the thumbs, you will never notice the difference. Plus, it adds a degree of customization if that's your thing. I appreciate the attempt, as it gives the illusion the grip matters on a thumbstick, not that it really does in this case, but it's a nice addition that feels worth the effort.
It's a nice product and the texture feels great, but like other people have mentioned, they move a bit at the edge when in heavy use or when "competing. " Therefore, it can feel like it might pop off the controller on PS4. There is no mention of the info in the page and I'm not taking any stars off for that.
I am not sure why I misread the info.
As a result of years of use on my PS4, the rubber coating on one of the analog sticks has almost entirely worn away. Along the edges, it started to tear and irritate my thumb pad. In an attempt to avoid buying a whole new controller, I ordered these. As instructed, they can be applied simply by turning them inside out and placing them back over the stick again. There are no loose parts and they fit snugly without moving and. do not interfere with the ability to move Initially I felt a bit awkward using the caps since their diamond pattern is a bit sharp, but I soon relaxed into it and the use will likely dull the feeling of the pointy Though I am not able to predict how long they will last, they seem definitely sturdy and there is sufficient material in the package to change them out a number of.
It was a third party controller with unusually soft convex analog sticks that I ended up buying. Within a year of being used, they began to break down and eventually fell apart. It took me a long time to find replacement caps because everything seemed so Even after several hours of use, however, they do not slide far from the stick. They grip to the stick well and haven't slipped around yet. Only one issue I have is that the texture is a little My solution was to get some sand paper and to sand down the bumps so they wouldn't feel I was then in a golden position.
My favorite controllers are Xbox 360/one, but I recently bought a PS4 and have noticed soreness in my right arm after using it. That's what I bought them for and they did the trick! By adding cushion to the grip, I get a better grip, so my thumb is less distracting during gaming sessions. The thumbsticks are also flattened out with the lower half of the cavity disappearing as well By increasing the surface area and tactile control, you will have a better overall experience. Original design may have had a point, but I have no idea what it was about.
In addition to most who purchased these grips, I found that a few controllers came with the original analog grips missing. I have an Xbox One and the pads are snug on my analog stick, but if you find yourself sweating your hands or palms, it may not be the right choice. In order to prevent the grips from becoming slippery, I constantly wipe them with a wet cloth. If you play a lot of games, or if you need this to replace grips on a controller you let your guests use every once in a while, these are a great alternative. If you are going to attach them to a controller you will use often, I suggest something of higher quality instead.
