He was excited to have this because he was going to be able to play video games with it. The software he needs to download in order to customize the buttons he uses cannot be found, even though he wants to do so. There are no questions and no answers in any of the posts, which leads back to the same manual that opens up a window to download an unreadable file. I plan to return.

Exactly what the price says, this is a cheap product. While playing the game, you have no control over what buttons do what. It's okay for games like Rainbow Six Siege and it does what it says.

This is not the best if you want accuracy, it works fine on some games and horrible on others, laggy and difficult to control, and extra buttons you have on your mouse will stop working when you use this adapter and the buttons are also confusing once you set them up.

The adapter is capable of connecting a mouse and keyboard to my PS4, but it does it in a monkey's paw fashion. As soon as I load up my game, my character just keeps turning down and to the right, punching or firing into the ground as if must admit that if I don't move the mouse, and just click, that seems to work.

I followed the advice in the manual, which involved downloading a file from the Hycarus website, and connecting the device It's hard to fault them for being consistent with their service. Several computer programs flagged a virus, which, when I disabled the antivirus software, thinking it was just being sensitive, caused the files from the official Hycarus site to give me a virus that prevented me from pressing keys. It was good to be able to check my keybindings, but it was a negative that they appeared to be fine, and I did not learn anything. The cheaper solution may seem like a good idea for your console hardware problem, but it is not. If you don't want to pay out the cash for a better adapter, then you have no choice but to learn how.

It would be nice if the product videos gave more accurate descriptions of what you actually get with it. I guess it's OK for 3rd person RPGs or something like that, but it advertises itself as being an emulation of the PC experience and it's far from it. There might have been a problem with the website they directed us to, where we could download the software to change the key bindings. On several computers, none of the programs were able to be downloaded and opened. As my son wanted to change the existing key binds, he did not like what was already set. Additionally, he said the headphones did not produce a good sound when they were connected.
