It's a great piece of software! In addition to homeschooling my children, I am also always on the lookout for opportunities to offer others I am seeking excellent resources to supplement the curriculum for my children I've been doing this since I was 10 years old After researching a lot of different softwares (especially for the price), my two year old was struggling a bit with spelling, so I tried the spelling program and he loves it! It was bought for my son who is struggling with his It is pretty useless to play those games. The majority of them have nothing to do with spelling That would serve no purpose to him, since he already knows the definitions. All the rest are pretty lame, too. In these games, the child is provided just with the letters found in the actual word, so all he has to do is put them in the correct In this case, just repetition is all that's needed comprehension or recall is not really necessary.

It is a software I know and like and was running on Windows XP. Our computer was updated to Windows 7 so I purchased version 2 of Spelling Accelerator since it was supposed to work with the new OS. There's a lot to be disappointed in! There are several features that do not work, including sound. The tech support team has been contacted.
