The Viper Ultimate is Razer's one-of-a-kind weapon. It's a two-punch response to the Logitech G Pro wireless, which has been around for well over a year. The Viper Ultimate stands out among its peers thanks to its incredibly comfortable and sleek ambidextrous design, which provides one of the best gaming experiences possible with a mouse. br>Razer designed the original wired Viper with a specific feature set in mind: to create a light, fast, wickedly responsive, and premium gaming mouse, and the Viper Ultimate adds wireless connectivity to that. Long gone are the days when wireless mice were shunned by gamers and were only used for travel or general purposes; today, wireless mice are available as upgrades to their wired counterparts from Razer, Corsair, Logitech, Steelseries, and other major manufacturers. br>The Viper and Viper Ultimate have a very comfortable shape and design, which demonstrates how far Razer has progressed in mouse design. Buttons with subtle comfort grooves, crisp button presses, and a well-designed layout The mouse has a stepped mouse wheel and extremely comfortable rubber sides, giving it a premium feel. The Viper is best suited to medium to medium-heavy-duty applications. Large hands with a variety of grip options including palm, claw, and hybrid grip styles. Update - 11/16/20br>It appears that this mouse has reached the end of its patience and has stopped charging. Even in wired mode, the mouse will not charge or hold a charge no matter what I do. So it looks like it only lasted about 6 months. br>br>This mouse is terrible. br>br>I recently switched to a wireless mouse, and it has been a difficult transition. ALL OF THE TIME, THIS MOUSE WILL DISCONNECT BY ITSSELF. I'll be playing a game when the connection drops for 5 seconds, and I'll die in whatever shooter I'm playing. Without my pressing any buttons, it will also randomly activate the mouse buttons and scroll wheel. br>br>I reached out for help, and they were pitiful. They simply stated that a new mouse should be purchased. I tried updating firmware, trying new ports, updating synapse, switching computers, and disabling all mouse software, but nothing worked. Not to mention that they forced me to log into one of their developer accounts, where I was able to view the personal information of everyone else who was having problems. br>br>Avoid using any Razer products, particularly this mouse.

This mouse does not deserve a one-star rating, in my opinion. I believe it is necessary, given how frequently Razer makes this error. The shape of the mouse is fantastic; it's extremely comfortable to use and extremely grippy. The issue is with the left and right mouse button switches. After about two weeks, they begin to squeak. Whatever the case may be. I ordered three mice and returned them all within two weeks of receiving them, and they all started squeaking. This isn't just a problem for me. This is a widespread problem that Razer must address. So, for the time being, do not purchase this mouse. It's fantastic, but you shouldn't do it. Not until they address the problem with quality control.

That's How Good It Is!   I've had this mouse for about four months and it continues to amaze me. The ergonomics are excellent in the hand, with the best weight and smoothness I've seen. The mouse's overall build quality is excellent, and the buttons are responsive and pleasant to use. The battery life is excellent, and the charging dock makes charging a breeze (not to mention the rgb display is attractive). Although the side buttons have a slightly mushy feel to them, they are still very functional. Overall, this is without a doubt the best gaming mouse available.
