There is no guarantee that all of them will I always purchase more Joycon thumbsticks than I need, since I have purchased a number of replacements

The batch was lucky enough to have four of the five full range of motions. Having to install it and almost completely put it together again to make sure the joystick won't read the bottom, left, or right all the way is problematic. It is just a warning that not all of them work.

There was no installation guide included with the package. To figure out how to install the joysticks, I watched a YouTube video. I have all the information I need to get the job done. A nice added bonus were the joystick covers.
