Hello, a clear plastic box contains all of the tools and components.
They aren't OEM, but I believe they are of comparable or higher quality. Within six months, one of my Joy Con pairs began to drift, and within a year, the other pair began to drift. I replaced all four sticks on both pairs about six months ago, and everything has been fine since then.

I used the latches for a full-size switch that were included in case the joycons didn't stay locked in place. The left stick has been replaced, and it is now operational.
