Having to travel often, I wasn't too concerned about the joycons being removable but rather a sturdy case that could protect the Joycon while playing at the airport, on a train, or in my car. The green case looked promising, but I didn't see any images online. According to the photos, I thought it was going to be a kolly green forest or something like that. It is my favorite color, but I want it to be a nice, striking shade. You have to see this in person to understand how striking it is. Greener in tone than my joycons, and my joystick covers match it! I love how the color turned out! In terms of the cover, it is somewhat difficult to put on and take off, but it will be useful when travelling! Put the cap over the top two buttons and then take it off from the bottom first. It probably is easiest to put the cap on and then take it off. The bumps on the back of the cap make it very comfortable to wear. tried it out for a couple of hours just to see how it worked and my medium-weight camera did well Despite the size of their hands, adults did not experience any cramping. Although it isn't overly grippy, it is quite smooth, which means that my hands didn't slip while on it. Additionally, I was concerned that the Switch's bumps would restrict its ability to fit inside my Switch case, but is surprised to find that it fits inside with all the accessories I have (several games, Bluetooth earbuds and adapter, powerbank, and I did just one modification to it, and that was removing the bottom lip on the front. As I took some scissors to it, it was possible to fit my Bluetooth adapter, but stretching the lip over top would make it look silly. I decided to take some scissors to it instead. In my experience, I only took a minute to cut the plastic, so it seems to be fairly robust. While I rounded the edges of the cut with my scissors, you might be able to make them smoother with a nail file if you want. As I played for hours at a time on the Nintendo Switch, my hand circulation was constantly cut off by the joycon shape putting the majority of the pressure directly on the middle of my It just didn't feel right for my hands with other brands I tried. Since I'm 5'8" and have very average hands, it's not surprising that I have large Alternatively, I found that other options were too light on curved palm areas on the joycons or too heavy on arch, which meant I couldn't hold them easily. If you have a switch, you need this. Although we have tried other switches, we have stuck with this one. We have 5 switches and we have tried other brands as well. This is the case for 3 out of 5. While the plastic is see-through, it is still bright enough so you will be able to identify whose it is. Video consoles are not a cheap hobby, but I still like to save money where I can and spend it where it's needed. My intent was to purchase a simple silicone grip for my Switch but didn't want to pay half of what I would have paid for As for the dock that comes off easily for putting the Switch back on, it works well, is sturdy, and is easy to use. Thank you for the great product! wish it was clear, but I suppose gray works well since clear tends to yellow, so I guess it is best not to buy it in clear.
