0 stars is what I would give it if I could. I heard a loud screeching noise rising up from the charger after connecting it to the outlet. Additionally, it appeared to be made of cheap plastic and did not look anything like the charger I used for my original Nintendo DS. At all costs, I would avoid purchasing this item. I didn't consider it worth it at all.

To replace a Nintendo DS charger, I needed to buy a new one. thought this would be a cheap alternative since it makes a constant humming sound when plugged in. It can charge but I'm not sure I can trust it to last very long or not spontaneously explode. In addition, the LED on the DS that indicates its charging flickers slightly when linked up.

Within two months, then. After I moved, I found my DS Lite although the charger was missing. Due to the fact that this one moved a lot of units, I decided to give it a shot. The system worked as expected for a while before I took some time away from it to use other systems, and then I got a useless brick when I came back. I checked the cord and it does not appear to have splits. I did not see any signs of impact. It remains completely intact. It simply does not.

Our four-year warranty was up for renewal this year The year is We used my husband's older DS Lite to play around with during quarantine, but it seemed to be finicky about charging, so we ordered this one instead. I have been very pleased with this charger since it looks, feels, and acts just like the original charger it came with. Thank you for a great product.
