Do the new analog sticks have a rubber top like the original analog sticks? Is there a hard plastic component to the product?

A rubber top is definitely what it is. Although it doesn't make me go, "WOW, this is awesome!" it gives me the satisfaction and satisfaction in knowing it does its job well.

Can you tell me its dimensions?

My guess would be that it is about 3/4 of an inch

What I received was an excellent Installed it on my Old 3ds XL and it's working great. It was a fairly simple task that I was able to accomplish using online videos. There is a couple of differences between the original joystick and this one - it is shorter and slightly narrower. The length of one MM is less than half that. The app is great, but does not work perfectly. It feels like I've just got a new 3DS!.

Replace it with a suitable one! Because I live in a white-colored area, I could only order the circle pad in that color- There is no star because of that! Installing the software was easy with iFixit

It took about 20 minutes to install. There is no difference between the original and this one, it feels just as good. There will be a difference in size There is little evidence of it. A rubbery feel was encountered with the original circle pad. Replace this circle pad if the original is too worn out - it feels like marble Having been made out of hard plastic, it is extremely durable. My favorite part about it is how it feels like marble.

Paying a lot for a service is unfortunately not always worth it

It is the white one with the "#7" insignia. I paid $4 for it instead of $3 for the cheaper I have been using it for about a month (I play an hour a day at most) and as you can see, it has already begun to wear out along the top. Despite the fact that it failed to perform as described, it did work when it was supposed to. spend a little less money on the metal one on Amazon or if you want to save your money, just buy an original Nintendo one.
