I am not sure what is wrong. It took a few hours for them to complete their task. . Afterwards, my computer wouldn't recognize them the next time I tried to use Several online resources indicate that this is a significant problem for this piece of equipment. All the "fixes" I tried did not work.
The only problem is that it doesn't insulate well against noise. As soon as I took the product out of the box, I was concerned because there was no fancy packaging that we have become accustomed I expected a humble headphone set with a small adapter in a bubble wrapped package, but as it turned out, everything worked fine and better than I had I was blown away by the sound and mic quality, even for the price. It is not the best, but has a very good range and capacity for sound. There is also a USB plug in on the side of the headphones that turns on a few leds. There is no adapter attached to the headphones so you can plug them into an iPhone or any device with a 3. 5 mm jack. The 5 mm adapter is very useful since it lets you plug them into devices with a microphone and a headset jack (most I find the headset to rest comfortably on my head and handle loudness and sound quality nicely. One thing I should point out which should caution anyone before buying this product is that, although it is very quiet compared to speakers, it does not sound good at isolating sound to your ears only. My volume should be set at maximum so that I should be able to hear the thing about ten times There is a distance of 12 feet between the headphones and the user. The headphones are designed more for those who need something that is not as loud as their surround sound and yet still deliver good sound quality (although they can easily be used for this), rather than if they just want to stroll around while listening to music. The core by itself is a high quality product, and the 3 components work together to complete the package. There is a cover over the 5 mm jack and the USB (for leds) to prevent dust from getting into the device when it isn't being used. The TLDR is A great product with one small issue - it does not do a great job at insulating sound so that only you can hear it, but besides that it is a excellent product, and it is so cheap that I would have gladly paid another $20.
Having a headset for everyone in the household is a good idea. As my teenage son drags it from house to house to his grandmas, the braided cord has endured all the wear and tear he can dish out. I was very pleased with it when it arrived. I found it very comfortable, with a pleasant color scheme and good sound quality. It is now less than a year later that the microphone has stopped working, despite it showing no signs of wear and tear. Whenever I plug this device into my PS4, it doesn't even recognize that a mic is connected. The frustration is real.
I would not recommend buying these if you have average to large sized ears, their size is not compatible. As long as you have baby ears, you're good to go.
My dad really likes these I got them for him as a gift. As for the light, I like that it goes on when you plug it in, although you need to plug in an extra wire so that it lights up (if you plug it in only the headphone jack, it won't light up). The only complaint is that the product did not come in a nice box, but in a clear plastic bag after being delivered.
The man I live with enjoys gaming a lot. We got a second pair as a backup just in case anything goes wrong. He adores these, so much so that we got a second pair. Their fit is comfortable and they don't pinch You can easily adjust it. Sound quality is good and the music is good I like how my mic works. I often argue with him about not hearing me while he plays due to the fact they block out external sounds almost too well. Having a cord that is long enough allows for a decent range of movement without worrying about yanking the jack out accidentally.
He can use this on his PS4 since I bought it for him. Using the PS4 meant you had to run the chat through the headphones, which was annoying. He also heard complaints about uneven levels through his mic as well as weird ambient sounds going through that no one could hear since nothing was emitting a sound.
