Color match to OEM is pretty good

I gave up trying to get it on because of the poor fit; this one is better for parts to repair your OEM faceplate.

- It's incredibly difficult to get on; perhaps you'll be able to jam it on at some point. It's possible that my unit was skewed.
- The signal sink/well required by an omni-directional IR receiver does not exist. You'll need to find an original IR sensor to swap into this unit if you want to use directional IR.
- The color matches the OEM early 360 model faceplate fairly well, but not perfectly.
- The springs in the USB and Memory bays are much flimsier and weaker than OEM springs. Doors are easier to open and close, and they take longer to return to their original position. The original faceplate's'snap' isn't quite as satisfying. br>br>I took it apart and used it to replace the USB bay door on my OEM faceplate, which was broken. The fit of this unit's USB door to the OEM faceplate is decent, almost perfect; however, if you need to make this type of repair, I recommend keeping or finding a set of original hinge springs. br>br>I gave it three stars because finding Xbox 360 faceplates that are OEM or similar is becoming increasingly difficult. It's a huge exaggeration. It's a little on the pricey side, but if you need new doors, it's almost perfect. Worst of all, for a few more cents per unit, the manufacturer could have fixed the fit issues, installed a proper IR receiver, and used higher quality springs, and it would have been a great OEM replacement. That would have cost me twice as much if it had been available.
